You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage.

Don't harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

Guess Who Arena may offer virtual currency, items, or preorder reservations. These have no cash value, aren't transferable outside the app, and aren't redeemable for real money except where required by law.

Guess Who Arena, including its name, logo, design, artwork, gameplay content, and software, is owned by Areno or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose — we don't grant you any ownership rights in the app itself.

If you believe content within Guess Who Arena infringes your copyright, contact us at arenogamesofficial@gmail.com with details of the material and your ownership claim.

Where Guess Who Arena displays or accesses content from third parties, that content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under license or permitted terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Guess Who Arena and request account deletion at any time.

Guess Who Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Areno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Rabat/Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
